Annunciation

Annunciation
St. Luke1 - Annunciation:

26: And...the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,
27: to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
30: And the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
31: And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus."

Visitation
St. Luke 1 - Visitation:

39: Mary arose and went with haste into the hill country, to a city of Judah,
40: and she entered the house of...Elizabeth.
41: And when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit
42: and she exclaimed with a loud cry, "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!"
56: And Mary remained with her about three months, and returned to her home.

Visitation

Nativity
St. Luke 2
7: And (Mary) gave birth to her first-born son and wrapped him in swaddling cloths,
and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.
8: And there were shepherds in the fields, keeping watch over their flocks at night.
9: And an angel appeared to them,...
10: And...said, "Be not afraid;...
11: for to you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord."

Manger

St. Matthew 2
Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem...,
wise men from the East came...
9: ...and lo, the star which they had seen...went before them, till it came to rest over...where the child was.
11: ...and going into the house...,they fell down and worshipped him.
